Getting Here
Nothing beats a classic road trip to kick off vacation! We suggest taking back-roads to explore unique, local attractions and taste traditional Wisconsin cuisine (cheese curds, anyone?). Enjoy the scenic Northwoods and keep an eye out for wildlife. But the best part is arriving at your destination: NITSCHKE’S NORTHERN RESORT.​

South of downtown Minocqua, off Hwy 51, you'll find Northern Road. Follow the resort arrow signs directing you to the end of Northern Road until you see our welcome sign. Continue up the paved hill straight ahead and follow the signs leading you to the office, located between cabin 9 and 10 in the back. Park your car and come on in.
